A year ago today we sold our first bar!

We had an idea back in 2014 to change the way we view chocolate and promised to never use refined sugar. We wondered why, with so many involved in chocolate do so few actually make it from the bean itself.

We're now proudly London's first bean to bar chocolate maker and one of a small handful in the UK.

Our first bar was a 70% Dominican Republic to a guy called David if you're wondering.

We are so looking forward to the next 12 months.
