Terms of service

The following applies - We don't like to make things complicated:

1. We must receive full payment for products before your order is accepted and we start the process of getting your chocolate to you.

2. We keep a close eye on our stock levels (as tempting to eat as they are) if you have purchased and we are unable to fulfil we 
will let you know asap and give you the option to wait till it is back in stock or give you a refund.

3. If we have made a mistake in your order - Wrong product, wrong quantity, your products arrived damaged or not at all. 
Get in touch.

Our obligation will be: 

  • replace damaged goods or give you a refund

  • send you out additional products if the quantity is wrong

  • Resend the order again if you haven't received your products
